Copper sulphide dissolves in nitric acid due to the formation of copper nitrate.

\mathrm{3CuS + 8HNO_3 \rightarrow 3Cu(NO_3)_2 + 2NO + 3S + 4H_2O}

On heating the reaction mixture for long time, sulphur is oxidized to sulphate and copper sulphate is formed and the solution turns blue.

\mathrm{S + 2HNO_3 \rightarrow H_2SO_4 + 2NO}

\mathrm{H_2SO_4(aq) + Cu(NO_3)_2(aq) \rightarrow CuSO_4(aq) + 2HNO_3(aq)}

Hence option 1 is correct.
