r=\frac{E-V}{I}
                  r=\left(\frac{E}{V}-1\right) R
But \frac{E}{V}=\ell / \ell^{\prime}, hence r=R\left(\frac{\ell-\ell^{\prime}}{\ell^{\prime}}\right)=4.0 \times\left(\frac{76.3-60.0}{60.0}\right)=1.1 \Omega
