Equations of the bisectors are

\mathrm{ \frac{3 x-4 y}{5}= \pm \frac{5 x+12 y+7}{13} }

i.e. \mathrm{ 2 x-16 y-5=0\: and \: 64 x+8 y+35=0 }

Putting (1,-2) in the both given lines we get positive and negative values, so required angle bisector is \mathrm{64 x+8 y+35=0.}

Hence option 3 is correct.
