Clearly the given sequence is an A.P.

a =4, d =-2

Last term = -120

Let -120 be nth term

So, a_n = a+(n-1)d

\Rightarrow -120 = 4 +(n-1)(-2)

\Rightarrow (n-1)(-2)=-124

\Rightarrow (n-1)=62

\Rightarrow n=63
