In such reactions rate of reaction is independent of the concentration of the reactants.
        \frac{-\mathrm{dx}}{\mathrm{dt}} \propto[\text { concentration }]^{0}
        \text { that is, } \mathrm{dx} / \mathrm{dt}=\mathrm{K}

If the rate constant and the rate of reactions are equal and the rate of reaction is not depending on reactant concentration. This is the definition of Zeroth's Order reaction.
