\DeltaV = -0.10% of V

       \begin{aligned} & =-\frac{0 \cdot 10}{100} \times 1 \\ & =-\frac{1}{1000} \mathrm{~L} \end{aligned}

Let \Delta \rho = change in pressure required for compression of 1L of water

B = Bulk modulus of water = 2.2\times10^5Nm^{-2}

$$ \begin{aligned} Using\ the\ relation\ B & =-\frac{\Delta P}{\Delta V / V}, \text { we get. } \\ \Delta P & =-B \cdot \frac{d V}{V} \\ & =2.2 \times 10^5 \times \frac{\left(\frac{1}{1000}\right)}{1} \\ \Delta P & =2.2 \times 10^6 \mathrm{Nm}^{-2} \end{aligned} $$.
