\\Mean=42=\frac{y+10+22+26+29+34+x+42+67+70}{10}\\\\\:420=300+x+y\\\\\:x+y=120\\\\\:medin=35=\frac{34+x}{2}\\\\\:x=36\\\\\:since\:\:x+y=120\\\\\:y=120-36=84\\\\\:\therefore y/x=\frac{84}{36}=\frac{21}{9}=\frac{7}{3}
