As we learned

Hypertonic Solutions -

Solution having  osmotic pressure more than another

- wherein

If \pi _{1} > \pi _{2}

Then  solution 1 is hypertonic

osmotic pressure \pi

\pi of Glucose = 1\times RT
\pi of area = 1\times RT
\pi of NaCl = 2\times 0.5 RT = 1\times RT
\pi of KCl = = 2\times 0.75 RT = 1.5\times RT

The osmotic pressure of KCl solution is higher than glucose solution so it is hypertonic than glucose solution.
