Centre is the midpoint of  \mathrm{S_1 S}

Centre = C(-2,12), P(0,12).

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} & \therefore \quad a=C P=2 \\ & \Rightarrow 2 a e=S_1 S=14 \\ & \therefore \quad e=\frac{7}{a}=\frac{7}{2} . \end{aligned}}
