The equation of hyperbola is 

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} & (x-3)(y-2)=c^2 \\ & x y-2 x-3 y+6=c^2 \end{aligned}}

It passes through (4,6)

\mathrm{4 \times 6-2 \times 4-3 \times 6+6=c^2}

or  C=2

Latus rectum \mathrm{=2 \sqrt{2} c=2 \sqrt{2} \times 2=4 \sqrt{2}}
