Let,

\mathrm{a=2x+1,b=2y+1,c=2z+1}

Where \mathrm{x,y,z\: \epsilon } whole number

\begin{aligned} \therefore \: \: \: \: \: \: & a+b+c=13 \\ \\\Rightarrow \: \: \: \: \: & 2 x+1+2 y+1+2 z+1=13 \\ \\\text{Or} \: \: & \quad x+y+z=5 \end{aligned}

The number of integrals solution= { }^{5+3-1} C_{3-1}=C_2

                               =\frac{7.6}{1.2}=21
