Given,

\begin{aligned} \lambda &=600 \times 10^{-9} \mathrm{~m} = 6\times 10^{-7} \text{m}\\ \therefore \Delta_{t} &=\frac{h c}{\lambda}=\frac{6.63 \times 10^{-34} \times 3.08 \times 10^{-8}}{6 \times 10^{-7}} \\ \\&=3.403 \times 10^{-19} \end{aligned}

Now,

\begin{aligned} \Delta_{0}=\frac{9}{4} \Delta_{\text{t}} &=\frac{9}{4} \times 3.403 \times 10^{-19} \\ &=7.658 \times 10^{-19} \\ &=766 \times 10^{-21} \mathrm{~J} \end{aligned}

Hence, the answer is 766
