Any tangent to the ellipse \mathrm{\frac{x^{2}}{6}+\frac{y^{2}}{3}=1} has the equation \mathrm{\mathrm{y}=\mathrm{mx} \pm \sqrt{6 \mathrm{~m}^{2}+3}}.

Thus \mathrm{\mathrm{c}^{2}=6 \mathrm{~m}^{2}+3}.

Hence (A) is the correct answer.
