\mathrm{4 x+9 y=12} intersect \mathrm{x}-axis and \mathrm{y}-axis at \mathrm{(3,0)} and \mathrm{\left(0, \frac{4}{3}\right)} respectively, as \mathrm{x}-axis
is angle bisector so \mathrm{L_{2}} will pass from \mathrm{(3,0)} and \mathrm{\left(0,-\frac{4}{3}\right)}, so its equation is \mathrm{4 x-9 y=12}
