Since  n  is odd  \mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{n}}+\mathrm{y}^{\mathrm{n}} has divisor  \mathrm{x}+\mathrm{y}.

hence this term is divisible by both 2009+1945 and 1982+1972 i.e. 3954 which is 2 times 1977

Thus the answer is 1977.
