Slope of \mathrm{D B} is \mathrm{\frac{1}{2}}. Let the slope of side \mathrm{B A} be \mathrm{m}

Then, \mathrm{\pm \tan (<D B A)=\frac{m-\frac{1}{2}}{1+m\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)}}

\mathrm{ \text { Or } \pm \tan 45=\frac{m-\frac{1}{2}}{1+\frac{m}{2}} \Rightarrow m-\frac{1}{2}= \pm\left(1+\frac{m}{2}\right) }

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow m=3,-\frac{1}{3}}

Hence option 1 is correct.
