Use, \mathrm{I=\frac{1}{2} \: \rho \omega^2 A^2 \gamma \: or\: I \alpha \omega^2 \: \: or \: I \alpha f^2}

\mathrm{\frac{I_2}{I_1}=\left(\frac{f_2}{f_1}\right)^2 =\left(\frac{1200}{400}\right)^2 }

\mathrm{\frac{I_2}{I_1}=\left(\frac{12}{4}\right)^2=(3)^2 }

\mathrm{ \frac{I_2}{I_1}=\frac{9}{1} }

\mathrm{ I_2=I_1 =9: 1 }

Hence option 4 is correct.
