\frac{1}{4 \pi \epsilon _{0}} \frac{2 p}{x^{3}} =\frac{1}{4 \pi \epsilon _{0}} \frac{p}{y^{3}}

\frac{x^{3}}{y^{3}} =\frac{2}{1}
\left(\frac{x}{y}\right)^{3} =\frac{2}{1}

\frac{x}{y} =\sqrt[3]{\frac{2}{1}} \Rightarrow x: y=\sqrt[3]{2}: 1 Ans.
