Here,\mathrm{\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{L}}=60 \mathrm{~V}, \mathrm{~V}_{\mathrm{C}}=30 \mathrm{~V}, \mathrm{~V}_{\mathrm{R}}=40 \mathrm{~V} }
The supply voltage of the series LCR circuit is
\mathrm{V=\sqrt{V_R^2+\left(V_L-V_C\right)^2}=\sqrt{(40 \mathrm{~V})^2+(60 \mathrm{~V}-30 \mathrm{~V})^2} }
\mathrm{=\sqrt{(2500 \mathrm{~V})^2}=50 \mathrm{~V} }
