$First \ \ case:\\ B+6 \pi \eta r v=m g$ ....(1) \\ Effective weight= mg-B \\ so \ $F=2(m g-B)$\\ For second case:\\ $F+B=m g+6 \pi \eta r v_{i}$ $\Rightarrow 2 m g-2 B+B=m g+6 \pi \eta r v_{i}$\\ $\Rightarrow m g-B=6 \pi \eta r v_{i}....(2)$\\ From (i) and (ii) $v_i=v=10 \frac{c m}{s}$
