Equation of incident ray is \mathrm{y=-\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}(x-2)}. Equation of refracted rays is, \mathrm{y=-\sqrt{3}(x-2)}. Combined equation is.

\mathrm{ (x-2+y \sqrt{3})\left(x-2+\frac{y}{\sqrt{3}}\right)=0 }

\mathrm{ i.e., (x-2) 2+y 2+\frac{y}{\sqrt{3}}(x-2) 4=0. }

Hence option 3 is correct.
