In NAND gate, when 

\\y=\overline{A.\overline{A.B}}\\Given\\A=1,\ B=0\\\Rightarrow A.B=0\\ \overline{A.B}=1\ and \ A.\overline{A.B}=1\ \\ \ therefore\ \overline{A.\overline{A.B}}=0
