The graph of the given function is shown below.

\mathrm{y=\left\{\begin{array}{cc} -x, & -1 \leq x<0 \\ 1-x, & 0 \leq x<1 \\ x, & 1 \leq x<2 \\ 1+x, & 2 \leq x<3 \end{array}\right.}

It is clear from the graph that the function is not differentiable at x=0,1,2,3.
