Energy of the incident light, \mathrm{E}=\frac{\mathrm{hc}}{\lambda}=\frac{6.63 \times 10^{34} \times 3 \times 10^8}{3500 \times 10^{-10} \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19}} \mathrm{eV}=3.55 \mathrm{eV}
So, only B will emit photoelectrons as \mathrm{E}> work function of B.
