(i) It failed to explain anything about the structure of the atom.
(ii) It failed to explain how atoms of different elements combine and form molecules.
(iii) It failed to explain any distinction between atoms and molecules.
(iv) He proposed that atoms are indivisible but now it is false as atoms are further divided into electrons, protons and neutrons.
