For NO, O has -2 charge so N has +2 charge.

For \mathrm H_{2}\mathrm {O}_{2}, H has +1 charge and there are two hydrogens so, +2 charge. For, both oxygen atoms the charge is -2 and each will have -1 charge.

For MnO_{4}^{-}, lets assume Mn has x charge. Then x+ (-2 X 4) = -1 =>   x-8 =-1 => x =+7

For N_{2}H_{2}, there are two hydrides. So, the charge is -2 for hydrogens. For two nitrogen atoms the charge becomes +2 to make the molecule neutral. So each nitrogen atom has +1 charge.
