\mathrm{\left [ Fe(CN)_{6} \right ]^{3-}} is an inner orbital complex,

Due to strong field ligand \mathrm{CN^{\Theta }} the electron will be paired .

So, \mathrm{CFSE= 5\times \left ( -0.4 \right )\Delta _{0}+pairing\, energy}

Now, for complex ingoring the pairing energy

Hence \mathrm{CFSE= 5\times \left ( -0.4\, \Delta _{0} \right )}
            \mathrm{CFSE= -2\Delta _{0}}

Ans = 2
