As we know charge on capicator = V_{AB}\times C

First we calculate the current in each branch 

 

V_{AB}=\left ( 2A \right )\left ( 10 \right )

           =20\; V

Q=V_{AB}\times C

      =20\times 10

       =200 \; \mu C
