V_{CE}=0

i_{c}=\frac{V_{CC}}{R_{C}}=\frac{10}{10^{3}}=250

Current gain= \beta =\frac{i_{c}}{i_{B}}=250

i_{B}=\frac{i_{c}}{250}=\frac{10 \times 10^{-3}}{250}=40 \mu A
