As we learned

For very dilute solutions -

\frac{\Delta P}{P^{0}}= \frac{n_{solute}}{n_{solvent}}

- wherein

since \: \: n_{solute}+n_{solvent}\simeq n_{solvent}

 \frac{P^{0}-P_{s}}{P^{0}}=\frac{n}{N}\Rightarrow \frac{P^{0}-P_{s}}{P^{0}}=\frac{1}{9.9}\Rightarrow 9.9P^{0}-9.9P_{s}=8.9P^{0}=9.9P_{s}\Rightarrow P_{s}=\frac{8.9}{9.9}P^{0}\approx 0.90P^{0}

Option 1)

0.10P_{0}

Option 2)

1.10P_{0}

Option 3)

0.90P_{0}

Option 4)

0.99P_{0}
