Let (x, y) lies in the I quadrant.

Hence, x=y=a>0 (say)
 \begin{gathered} 3 a+5 a=15 \\ a=\frac{15}{8} \end{gathered}
Hence, P\left(\frac{15}{8}, \frac{15}{8}\right)
Note that P can lie either on y=x  or y=-x in tht IV quadrant only.
Solving y=-x and the line x= -\frac{15}{2}
Hence, P=\left(-\frac{15}{2}, \frac{15}{2}\right)
