\mathrm{\text{Probability of Ramesh selection P (Ram) }=\frac{1}{8}}

Probability that only one of selection = \mathrm{P(R) \cdot \bar{P}( Ram )+\bar{P}(R) \cdot P( Ram )}
                                                          \mathrm{=\frac{1}{6}\left(1-\frac{1}{8}\right)+\left(1-\frac{1}{6}\right) \times \frac{1}{8} }
                                                          \mathrm{=\frac{7}{48}+\frac{5}{48}=\frac{1}{4}}
