As the two waves have different amplitude therefore they are having different intensity. While quality depends on shape of waveform . Frequencies will be different because wave have different wavelength in same medium.

The brain interprets frequency primarily in terms of a subjective quantity called pitch. Pitch is related to frequency. Higher is frequency higher is pitch.
