\frac{1}{f}=\left ( n_{rel-1} \right )\left ( \frac{1}{R_1}-\frac{1}{R_{2}} \right )=\left ( \frac{3}{2}-1 \right )\left ( \frac{1}{-10}-\frac{1}{10} \right )
