On simplification equation of the ellipse is
\mathrm{9(x+y-2)^2+16(x-y)^2=144 }
Differentiating \mathrm{\mathrm{w}. r.t. ~\mathrm{x} ~treating ~\mathrm{y} }  as constant, we get
\mathrm{ 18(\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{y}-2)+32(\mathrm{x}-\mathrm{y})=0 } 
Upon solving we have the centre of the ellipse =(1,1)
Hence (B) is the correct Answer.
