\mathrm{|x|=|y| \Rightarrow x-y=0} and \mathrm{x+y=0}

Bisectors of the angles between these are \mathrm{\frac{x-y}{\sqrt{2}}= \pm \frac{x+y}{\sqrt{2}}}

\mathrm{\Rightarrow y=0\: and \: x=0}

By solving \mathrm{y=0, x+y=3} we get one of the required points while by solving \mathrm{x=0, x+y=3}  we get the other point.
