In,

\mathrm{\left [ CO(H_{2}O)_{6} \right ]Cl_{2},O.S \; of \; CO\; is +2}

No. of unpaired \mathrm{e^{-}=3}

In \mathrm{\left [ Cr(H_{2}O)_{6} \right ]Cl_{3}}, \mathrm{O.S\; of \; Cr\; is\; +3}

No. of unpaired \mathrm{e^{-}=3}

Since both \mathrm{CO^{2+}\; and\; Cr^{3+}}  has equal no. of unpaired \mathrm{e^{-}}, difference in spin only magnetic moment is 0.

Answer is 0.
