For very high frequency,
\mathrm{ X_L=2 \pi\: F\: L \rightarrow \infty }
Inductor will provide infinite opposition. So, we can treat conductor as open circuit

\mathrm{X_{C}=\frac{1}{2\pi fc}}\rightarrow \mathrm{o}

Capacitor will provide no oppositior so, we can treat capacitor as short circuit

\mathrm{I_{effertive}=I_{rms}=\frac{V_{rms}}{Z}}

\mathrm{here\: z=R=5 \Omega}

\mathrm{\therefore I_{effective }=\frac{220}{5}=44\: A}

The effective current \mathrm{I} in the given circuit at very high frequencies will be \mathrm{44 \mathrm{~A}}
