The equation of hyperbola is 25 x^2-16 y^2=400 i.e.,

 \frac{x^2}{16}-\frac{y^2}{25}=1

Equation of chord is T=S_1

\frac{5 x}{16}-\frac{3 y}{25}-1=\frac{25}{16}-\frac{9}{25}-1

On simplifying, we get 125 x-48 y=481 \therefore k=1.
