Option: 1

L = 400cm, r = 0.8mm

Option: 2

L = 300cm, r = 0.6mm

Option: 3

L = 200cm, r = 0.4mm

Young's modulus, Y=\frac{F}{A} \times \frac{L}{l}

y=\frac{F}{\pi r^2} \times \frac{L}{l} \Rightarrow Extension, l \propto \frac{L}{r^2}

Option D has the largest extension when the same tension is applied.
