$f_1=800(\frac{{600}+0}{600-0})$

$f_2=f_1\left(\frac{V_{\text {sound }}+V_{\text {obs }}}{V_{\text {sound }}-0}\right) \\$

$1000=\frac{800 \times 600}{600-V}\left(\frac{600+V}{600}\right) \\$

$1000=\frac{800(600+V)}{600-V} \\$

$1000(600-V)=800(600+V) \\$

$10(600-V)=8(600+V) \\$

$6000-10 V=4800+8 V \\$

$6000-4800=8V+10 V$

$1200=18 \mathrm{~V} \\$

$V=\frac{1200}{18} \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s} \\$

$V=\frac{1200}{18} \times \frac{18}{5} \\$

$V=240 \mathrm{~km} / \mathrm{h}$
