In the give structure of amino acid, the \mathrm{\mathrm{COOH}} does not given its \mathrm{\mathrm{H}^{+}}ion and the \mathrm{\mathrm{NH}_2} group get protonated to \mathrm{\mathrm{NH}_3{ }^{+}}which means the \mathrm{\mathrm{pH}} of the solution is more acidic than \mathrm{\mathrm{COOH}} and \mathrm{\mathrm{NH}_2}. Thus, from the given option the possible value for \mathrm{\mathrm{pH}} of the solution is \mathrm{2-3} which is a strongly acidic medium.
