\mathrm{ \Rightarrow \: \: Q\: \: is\: \: (2,1)}[interchange x and y for image in line \mathrm{y=x} ]

The image of \mathrm{Q(2,1)} by line mirror \mathrm{y=0\: is \: R}

\mathrm{\Rightarrow R \: \: is \: \: (2,-1)}

\mathrm{\Rightarrow \alpha=2, \beta=-1.}

Hence option 3 is correct.
