The line \mathrm{x=y} intersect the circle \mathrm{x^{2}+y^{2}-2 x=0} at (0,0)$ and $(1,1)

Hence equation of required circle is \mathrm{(x-0)(x-1)+(y-0)(y-1)=0}

Hence (B) is the correct answer.
