: If P be (h, k) on 1st circle, then

\mathrm{h^2+k^2+2 g h+2 f k+1=0}

the length of tangent \mathrm{-\sqrt{S^{\prime}}=\sqrt{h^2+k^2+2 g h+2 f k+10}}

\mathrm{=\sqrt{-1+10}=3}
