Since \mathrm{4 x+3 y-4=0} is dividing the circumference in the ratio 1: 2, angle subtended at the centre = 2π/3.

Also the perpendicular distance from the centre to the given line is 5

⇒  equation of  the  circle  is \mathrm{x^2+y^2-10 x-6 y-66=0 \text {. }}.
