\mathrm{ C(3,-4) \text {, radius }=6 }

\mathrm{ \text { Line equation } y=8 x }

\mathrm{ 8 x-y=0 }

length of perpendicular from \mathrm{ (3,-4)=\frac{|8 \times 3+4|}{\sqrt{64+1}}=\frac{28}{\sqrt{65}} }

which is less than radius

so it intersects at two points.

Hence option 3 is correct.
