best_answer

\\\overline{\mathrm{x}}=\frac{\sum_{\mathrm{i}=1}^{25} \mathrm{x}_{\mathrm{i}}}{25}=40 \\ \sum_{\mathrm{i}=1}^{25} \mathrm{x}_{\mathrm{i}}=1000

When the teacher left the school

\\\sum_{i=1}^{24} x_{i}=1000-60=940 \\ \bar{x}^{\prime}=\frac{\sum_{i=1}^{24}\left(x_{i}\right)+x}{25} \\ 39 \times 25=940+x \\ x=35
