As we have learned,

pH for the hydrolysis of a salt of a weak acid and weak base is given by

\mathrm{pH=7+\frac{1}{2}\; (pK_{a}-pK_{b})}

Given that \mathrm{pK_{a}=4.8\; and\; pK_{b}=4.78}

\mathrm{\therefore \; \; \; pH=7+\frac{1}{2}\; (pK_{a}-pK_{b})=7+\frac{1}{2}\; (4.80-4.78)=7.01}

Hence, the correct answer is Option(4)
