\mathrm{\therefore \quad 7\left(\frac{V}{4 l_c}\right) =2\left(\frac{V}{2 l_0}\right) }

\mathrm{\frac{l_c}{l_0} =\frac{7}{4} }

Hence option 1 is correct.
